高耸入云的朋友，
喜马拉雅！
洁白是你圣灵的容颜，
久远是你真诚的峻拔。
你的胸襟连绵无际，
你的愉悦把蓝天净化。
正当朝阳如期地升起，
晨光里有无你的昨情夜话？
日月可鉴的朋友，
如是观娃！
岁月中飘落友的白发，
友也在虚空里自在溜达。
万年的飞雪铸就山的衣冠，
颗颗石子诉说美丽的神话。
请赞美呼呼呐喊的狂飚，
它不倦地号召着忘我和变化！
无疆无界的朋友，
喜马拉雅！
屹立是你不舍的仪态？
高昂是你真实的潇洒？
你的脚下江河纵横，
你的远近演绎着万类倾轧。
每当夜幕一次次罩下，
寂静时可感叹寰球浮华？
喜笑颜开的朋友，
如是观娃！
电闪雷鸣有千姿百态，
五颜六色是光的潇洒。
惊涛骇浪卷走流水的故事，
山前山后重复着代代征伐。
夜空中颗颗闪烁的境界，
大空灵把朵朵雪莲催发！
若有所思的朋友，
喜马拉雅！
都说你从沧海下崛起，
难道是为了珠穆朗玛？
峰崖处盘旋的苍鹰，
留恋它高雅的华庭；
地心蕴积的炽热岩浆，
何时更绽放你动人韶华？
似有所悟的朋友，
如是观娃！
高低远近是自言自语，
小石子性如珠穆朗玛。
展动的翅膀消失在希冀巢外，
百花小草何尝忧心择地发芽。
问友东西南北上下何在？
你我终将为新生而跨塌！

There are thousand types of thunder and lightning dancing on the sky
The colorfulness is light's elegance.
Tempestuous storm swept away the story of running water,
Mountains repeated conquest story of many generations.
Twinkle stars are shinning in the sky realm,
The lotus were pressed to be In full bloom by a large vacant soul!
The character of small stones is like that of Mount everest.
Moving wings disappear outside of the hope nest,
Flowers and grass , why do you worry about the place of your growth.
Ask my dear friend, where is the East and the West , where is the top and the bottom?
